I help founders and CEOs make high-stakes decisions with conviction — bold enough to matter, precise enough to stick.

Drawing on 30 years in consulting, venture, private equity, and operating roles, I use my Strategic Narrative Architecture to frame the decision, model the future, and keep execution on track.

Evan Goldberg

I’ve spent 30 years helping leadership teams make smart decisions about growth, investment, and strategic direction. I’m not for everything — and that’s the point. I focus where sharp thinking and decisive moves actually shift outcomes.

I’ve worked in consulting, venture, private equity, and as an operator — always in high-stakes moments where the right call matters most. I started in strategy consulting at Mitchell Madison Group, then moved into strategic investing and development at Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan Chase. Later, I ran a search fund and led a healthcare business through a complex and challenging situation.

I hold an MBA in finance and marketing from Kellogg at Northwestern.

Across hundreds of situations — across sectors, stages, and strategies — I’ve seen what happens when decisions are made on instinct alone, without the precision to back them up. Clients don’t come to me for a canned framework; they come for sharp thinking, disciplined models, and a partner who knows how to move ambitious ideas forward. I use my Strategic Narrative Architecture to frame the decision, model the future, and align leadership — so conviction holds and momentum sticks.
