Evan Goldberg

I work with CEOs and leadership teams on decisions that materially shape their companies — capital allocation, acquisitions, pricing, and expansion.

Over 30 years, I’ve worked in strategy consulting, corporate development, investing, and operating roles. I began at Mitchell Madison Group, moved into strategic investing and development at Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan Chase, and later ran a search fund and led a healthcare business. That mix of advisory and operating experience shapes how I approach decision work.

Across sectors and stages, I’ve seen the same pattern: smart teams don’t lack intelligence or effort. The difference is in how clearly the tradeoffs are defined.

My work is to lay the decision out clearly — objectives, economics, tradeoffs — and make sure the story and the numbers agree before capital is committed.
